1. Order Processing
At NovaCloset, orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
NovaCloset currently offers standard shipping with an estimated delivery timeframe of:
5–7 business days
The estimated delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that the estimated delivery timeframe may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of NovaCloset's control.
3. Shipping Address
Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
NovaCloset is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after shipment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives and scans the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that the delivery address is accessible and secure.
5. Shipping Delays
While NovaCloset strives to deliver all orders within the estimated 5–7 business day timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Unexpected logistical or operational issues
- Other events outside NovaCloset's control

6. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, NovaCloset is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.
If the package cannot be located, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
7. International Shipping
At this time, NovaCloset primarily provides shipping within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and delivery timeframes will be clearly communicated during checkout or before the order is completed.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, order size, shipping method, and applicable promotions.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
